About Amalia
Amalia is an associate specialising in the transactional side of commercial shipping and yachting. She advises owners, shipyards, financial institutions, brokerage houses, and designers on all aspects of the construction, refit, sale and purchase, design, management, crewing, financing and registration of ships and large yachts.
She has contributed to various publications including to the Lloyd’s Maritime and Commercial Law Quarterly 2021, with an article in relation to the role of global limitation of liability for maritime claims in the modern business environment. Amalia has spent time working at HFW’s Piraeus and Monaco offices and speaks fluent Greek. She is qualified in England and Wales.
