About Alice
Alice is a Senior Associate in HFW’s Insurance & Reinsurance team, specialising in coverage and liability disputes. She advises reinsurers, insurers, and insured professionals in a wide range of business lines, including property damage, business interruption and professional indemnity.
Alice’s experience includes complex multi-party subrogated recoveries, coverholder disputes, and professional negligence claims. She also has experience of non-contentious matters, including a pre acquisition claims due diligence review. Alice’s experience often has an international focus. She has a wide range of experience in ADR, including mediation and arbitration, as well as general commercial litigation.
Alice has advised on a number of high-profile Covid-19 business interruption claims and her experience includes a period working in-house within the claims team of a multinational insurance company, where she specialised in complex property claims.
Alice is qualified in England and Wales.
