Albert has a focus on acquisitions and disposals of closely-held enterprises particularly those involving founder exits or sell-downs. He also has expertise in assisting clients with early stage equity capital raisings, corporate structuring and restructuring.
He is admitted to practice law in Australia and holds a bachelors in Economics from Pennsylvania State University and a Juris Doctorate from the University of Sydney.
