Alana is a Senior Associate in the Aerospace team.

Alana’s main focus is on aviation leasing and financing, where she has a broad range of cross-border experience advising both lessors and airlines on sale and leaseback transactions, operating leases, aircraft disposals (including lease novations), engine sales, financing arrangements in respect of aircraft (including ABS structures), and aircraft residual value insurance. Aside from fee-earning work, Alana has also published blogs on the case of Aquila v Onur with regards engine leasing, the future of electric aircraft, and temporary aircraft cargo conversion, the latter of which was also published in Air Cargo Week. Alana has also engaged in pro bono work for several air ambulance trusts.
