About Zoe
Zoe is a Senior Associate in HFW’s Asset Finance team in Singapore. She advises banks, lessors, export credit agencies and owners on a wide range of transactional cases, including debt finance, export credit finance, leasing structures, back‑leverage, restructuring and refinancing across the commercial shipping, cruise and travel, petrochemical and jet/yacht sectors. She has significant experience on multi‑jurisdictional mandates, cross‑border security structures, and supporting clients throughout the asset finance lifecycle from construction to disposal. Her work regularly includes transactions involving intercreditor arrangements and complex, multi‑layered capital structures.
She speaks fluent Greek and, having previously worked in HFW’s London and Piraeus offices, brings insight from two key shipping hubs into her Singapore‑based practice. She was previously recognised by The Legal 500 as a key lawyer for transport finance and leasing in London, prior to relocating to Singapore.
Zoe is also a contributing author for LexisNexis, having co‑authored the practice note “Shipping finance: export credit agency financing.”
