About William
Will is a Partner in the Insurance group.
He advises on corporate, commercial and regulatory cases. His experience includes M&A, joint ventures, (re)insurance arrangements, commutations, transactions specific to the Lloyd’s market, and insurtech products. Will has provided regulatory advice on Part IV authorisation issues, distribution arrangements, intra-group arrangements and the use of appointed representatives. He advises a number of P&I Clubs and mutuals.
Will is the Vice Chair of the Insurance Regulation sub-committee of the IBA’s Insurance Committee, and has spent time on secondment to the Prudential Regulation Authority, to a Lloyd’s managing agency and to HFW’s Dubai office.
