About Thomas

Thomas is a Legal Director specialising in transactional banking, finance, corporate and commercial work across various sectors, with a focus on Aviation and Shipping. He principally advises commercial and private wealth banks, private clients (including HNWIs and UHNWIs), family offices and other stakeholders in connection with the sale and purchase, financing and operation of various assets including business jets, helicopters, yachts and ships.

Thomas is dual qualified in both England and Wales and the British Virgin Islands, and co-heads the firm’s BVI Corporate & Finance team.
