Matthew is an associate in our Hong Kong office in the Commodities group. Matthew specialises in corporate and commercial litigation with an emphasis on financial disputes, fraud, insolvency, asset / debt recovery, company law and trusts. He also has a contentious & non-contentious probate practice.

Matthew is experienced in high value, complex and cross-border commercial litigation matters involving shareholder disputes, professional negligence, fraud and insolvency and probate disputes and regularly appears as an advocate before the Hong Kong Courts on matters ranging from mandatory disclosure, garnishee proceedings, security for costs and other interlocutory orders. 

He acted for a range of clients including liquidators, receivers, creditors, high-net worth individuals and other corporations.

Matthew is qualified in Hong Kong and in England and Wales and is fluent English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
