Joyce is a Senior Associate in the Sydney office. She is qualified in New South Wales Australia and is specialised in both domestic and cross-border real property, corporate and commercial projects.

Before moving to Australia, Joyce has corporate finance projects experience in Hong Kong including IPO and Merger and Acquisition projects, as well as in-house legal experience in a multinational luxury brand overseeing its commercial legal matters in Asia Pacific region.

Some of her experience includes:

• Advising a global port and terminal company on its joint venture projects in China.
• Advising both local and foreign developers on their real property projects in Australia, including due diligence reporting, corporate and project structuring, project financing and re-financing, foreign investment law.
• Advising an investment company in application for Australian financial Services Licence.
• Advising a corporate client on its IPO on the National Stock Exchange of Australia.
• Advising a Tasmanian mining company on its general corporate and commercial matters.
• Advising a Hong Kong list company in its agricultural business in Australia, including Foreign Investment Review Board advisory and its sale and acquisition projects of pastoral leases and subleases and associated assets in Western Australia.

Joyce is fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
