About Diane

Diane is a Partner in HFW’s Corporate and Commercial team, based in Paris.

With more than 25 years of experience, Diane specialises in domestic and cross-border leveraged buyouts (LBOs), as well as corporate and acquisition finance, working for corporate borrowers, sponsors, and their portfolio companies in connection with a wide variety of financings, including in particular syndicated loans, unitranches, PIK, second liens and mezzanines.

She has been recognised by her peers in the 2025 edition of The Best Lawyers in France™ for her work in Banking and Finance, Project Finance and Development and Structured Finance. She is also regularly recognised as a leading individual in her field by the independent professional guides such as Legal 500 or Leaders League.

Diane is dual-qualified in Paris and New York, fluent in French and English, and holds a Master’s in Contract Law (Panthéon-Sorbonne) and an LLM in International Taxation (UOP McGeorge).
