Misrepresentation of HFW

It has recently come to our attention that a business presenting themselves as ‘Holmann Fenwick Chambers’, using our London office address, has been approaching the families of deceased persons in an attempt to represent them with regard to their relative’s Will.

Holmann Fenwick Chambers, with a Hotmail email address and an office of ‘3 Friary Court’, has no connection whatsoever with Holman Fenwick Willan LLP and if anyone is contacted by Holman Fenwick Chambers, or is in any doubt as to the legitimacy of a contact from entities pertaining to be HFW, then we would be grateful if you could forward all details to Ottilie Sefton, our global Head of Compliance.
