International law firm Holman Fenwick Willan (HFW) continues to grow its market leading commodities practice with the recruitment of trade finance specialist Philip Prowse who has joined the firm’s London office as Partner.
Philip has specialised in commodity trade finance for the last decade and has extensive experience of acting for traders and banks. He has worked across the full spectrum of trade finance arrangements, including syndicated facilities secured with assets in multiple jurisdictions, restructuring of loan portfolios, back to back and revolving finance arrangements, asset and pre-export financing, and reserve based lending.

Philip joins the firm from Clyde & Co. He will be joined initially by Associate Jameel Tarmohamed who was in Philip’s team at Clyde & Co.
