Global, sector-focussed law firm HFW is pleased to announce the relocation of its Riyadh offering to a new office space at Tuwaiq Gate.
The new office on King Fahad Road is located on one of the main transport axes in Riyadh – a key link between the south and north of the city.
The firm’s relocation from its current office in Olaya Towers, Prince Mohammad Bin Abdulaziz Road, will accommodate and better serve the growing Riyadh team. The new office has over double the personnel capacity of the current premises and will be fully operational from 29Â July 2025.
The office’s state-of-the-art facilities include advanced conference rooms and open-plan workspaces, and is Riyadh’s first development featuring outdoor air conditioning.
The move marks the latest step in the firm’s ongoing growth across the Middle East.
With HFW being one of the select group of international law firms licensed by the Saudi Ministry of Justice back in November 2023, the Riyadh office now includes partners Abdulrahman Al-Ohaly (who leads the firm’s Riyadh office), Euan Pinkerton, Francesco Fiorilli and the most recent relocation of Justin Whelan.
Abdulrahman Al-Ohaly, Partner, HFW:
“This relocation is a significant milestone in our strategic plan to expand our operations and improve client services in the region. The increased size and enhanced facilities of our new premises will enable us to support our growing team – this demonstrates our firm’s commitment to the Kingdom and creating opportunities for both Saudi and non-Saudi lawyers, helping us better serve clients.”
Yaman Al Hawamdeh, UAE Managing Partner, HFW:
“Saudi Arabia is an extremely important market for HFW and our clients, and this relocation reflects both our significant expansion in Riyadh and our longstanding commitment to the region.
This is the latest step in the firm’s ongoing efforts to generate an excellent and modern working environment across our global network, with the larger office space giving us the room that we will need as we continue to add leading talent at all levels.”
HFW is one of the fastest-growing law firms in the Middle East, with its revenue in the region increasing by more than 60 percent between 2022 and 2024. The firm has been in the Middle East since 2006 and has 22 partners and 62 lawyers in total across its offices in Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Kuwait City, and Riyadh, making it one of the largest and longest-standing practices of any international law firm in the region.
