HFW marks 10 year anniversary in Australia

International law firm Holman Fenwick Willan marked the occasion of its 10 year anniversary in Australia recently as they hosted a client event at their new Melbourne offices at 600 Bourke St.

The firm commenced operations in Melbourne in March 2006 with a foundation team of 10 lawyers. Ten years on, the firm has three offices in Australia, having opened in Sydney in 2009 and Perth in 2011, and currently has a team of more than 80.

During this period the firm’s Australian business has grown almost ten-fold and diversified its service lines beyond its traditional strengths in Shipping, Commodities and Insurance into Construction, Projects, Infrastructure, Aviation and Energy.

The firm is proud of its development in Australia and is committed to further growth both in Australia and Asia.
