Leading international law firm Holman Fenwick Willan (HFW) is delighted to announce that Haydn Dare has recently joined the firm as a Partner working in South East Asia with a particular focus on Singapore and Indonesia. Admitted as Barrister and Solicitor at the Supreme Court of New South Wales and the High Court of Australia, Haydn has worked in the Asia-Pacific region for over 20 years and is widely regarded as one of the leading commercial practitioners in Indonesia.
Haydn specialises in structuring foreign investment and in energy and mineral resources, infrastructure and project finance, and mergers and acquisition transactions. His clients come from a wide range of industries, including financial services, infrastructure and resources (hard rock and coal).
He has lectured at University of Indonesia and Padjadjaran University and has presented at conferences in Indonesia, Singapore, Australia and India on various topics, including infrastructure, project financing, capital markets and mining regulation.
