Sector-focused law firm HFW has continued to expand its fast-growing global construction practice with the hire of partner Kijong Nam.
Kijong joins the firm’s London office from Ince & Co, where he had been a partner since 2011.
He is the eighth construction partner to join HFW in the past 18 months, following hires in Dubai, Hong Kong, London, Melbourne, Perth and Sydney.

The firm also promoted Sydney construction lawyer Stephanie Lambert to partner in April 2018.
HFW’s construction group now has 17 partners and more than 50 lawyers across 19 international offices. Construction is one of the firm’s six core industry groups globally.
Kijong specialises in offshore construction and shipbuilding. He acts for some of the world’s leading shipyards, ship owners, oil and gas companies, contractors and insurance companies.
Kijong is a native Korean speaker. HFW has a leading practice acting for Korean contractors, energy companies and project sponsors.
