Holman Fenwick Willan grows international construction practice with Partner hire

International law firm Holman Fenwick Willan (HFW) continues to expand its international construction practice with the recruitment of Martin Downey who joins the firm’s Hong Kong office as Partner and head of the Hong Kong construction practice, effective 5 July 2016.

Widely recognised as a leading construction lawyer, Martin’s practice spans commercial litigation, arbitration, mediation and alternative dispute resolution, including regulatory and environmental issues. A qualified arbitrator and mediator, Martin has a wealth of experience handling matters under the auspices of the HKIAC, ICC, LCIA, CIETAC and SIAC. Martin represents clients in Hong Kong, across Asia, the Middle East and the USA.
