HFW Advises Ukrainian Commodities Company On US$80 Million Debt Restructuring

Global, sector-focused law firm HFW advised leading Ukrainian agricultural group Nibulon on the restructuring of its US$80 million pre-export credit facility.

The syndicate of international lenders comprising ING Bank NV, EBRD, Crédit Agricole CIB, and FMO agreed amended terms, including an extension of the maturity by two years.

HFW advised Nibulon as English and Swiss counsel. 

HFW’s team was led by Global Head of Finance Olivier Bazin with Geneva Associate Tiffany Monteiro Ferreira, working alongside Ukrainian law firm Integrites, led by Igor Krasovskiy.
