HFW advises Markerstudy Group on the sale of its insurance services arm to Saturn Holdings PLC

Global law firm HFW has advised Markerstudy Group Limited on its sale of Markerstudy Insurance Services Limited to Saturn Holdings PLC, parent company of Tradex Insurance Company PLC.

The transaction enables Markerstudy to further simplify its operating model and concentrate its efforts on core Retail activities, strengthening its ability to innovate and scale in a competitive market.

Established in 2001, Markerstudy Group is one of the UK’s leading insurance service providers, supporting customers with a comprehensive range of value-driven insurance products and services underpinned by market-leading proprietary technology platforms.

The HFW team was led by Partner Ashwani Kochhar and included Senior Associate Dom Pereira and Associate Jake Whitfield. Consultant Christian Taylor advised on real estate, with Associate Lydia Cammiade advising on employment-related matters.
