HFW advises Avolon Aerospace Leasing on the definitive agreements relating to the sale of a portfolio of 24 aircraft to Aviation Capital Group LLC

Global law firm HFW has advised Avolon Aerospace Leasing Limited (Avolon) on the definitive agreements relating to the sale of a portfolio of a 24 aircraft portfolio to Aviation Capital Group LLC (ACG).

This portfolio includes 18 narrowbody aircraft (12 of which are new technology) and 6 widebody aircraft (all of which are new technology). As of February 1, 2026, the average age of the portfolio is approximately 4.5 years, and the average remaining lease term is approximately 8.9 years.
