Tony is a corporate and finance lawyer with experience in advising clients on a range of transactional and commercial matters, including asset finance (shipping and other asset), sale-and-leaseback (shipping), general finance, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures.

He advises lenders and borrowers on a host of syndicated and bilateral loan transactions, ship financings as well as sale and purchase transactions across various industries.

Tony joined HFW in 2014 as a trainee solicitor and qualified as a solicitor in Hong Kong in December 2016.

Tony speaks fluent English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
