With over a decade of experience, Thomas advises clients on mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and private equity transactions, distress M&A and special situations, helping organizations expand and optimize their operations across multiple sectors, including – Financial Institutions Group (FIG), Technology, Transport and Distribution, Agri-food, Energy and Real Estate. 

Thomas is recognised for his expertise in orchestrating complex, cross-border deals—both inbound and outbound—serving clients with interests in Europe and internationally, notably in Africa.
