Sadhvi is a Senior Associate in the International Arbitration/Commodities Group in Singapore. Graduating with a B.B.A. LL.B. from National Law University, Jodhpur (India) in 2013, she continued her education by earning a Masters in Law from Georgetown University Law Center (Washington D.C.) in 2017. Sadhvi is qualified in England & Wales (2023), New York (2020) and India (2013).

Sadhvi specialises in managing international commercial arbitrations and has considerable experience of representing clients in international arbitrations administered by the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC), the International Chambers of Commerce (ICC) and the London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA), among others.

Her comprehensive range of skills includes advisory services at the contract drafting stage, as well as providing pre-arbitration and dispute resolution strategy and guidance. She caters to a wide range of international clients, offering her insights into international arbitration rules and procedures across Asia and Europe. Notably, Sadhvi represents a diverse portfolio of clients in the upstream sector, including Floating Storage and Offloading (FSO) and Floating Production Storage and Offloading (FPSO) owners, as well as other prominent marine offshore contractors.

In recognition of her outstanding legal acumen, Sadhvi has been listed by the Singapore Business Review as one of Singapore’s 30 most influential lawyers under 40.

Prior to joining HFW, Sadhvi worked on several high profile international and domestic commercial arbitrations seated in India, London and Singapore. Her past experience includes representing regional and multinational clients in enforcement and annulment proceedings before the Delhi High Court and the Supreme Court of India. She has also assisted in preparing witness statements in relation to enforcement proceedings before the Queen's Bench, High Court of England and Wales.
