Sadhvi is a Senior Associate in the Energy and Resources practice in Singapore, who specialises in managing international commercial arbitrations. She has considerable experience of representing clients in international arbitrations administered by the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC), the International Chambers of Commerce (ICC) and the London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA), among others.

Sadhvi advises international clients at various stages of the dispute resolution process, particularly on international arbitration rules and procedures, in Asia and Europe. Her wide spectrum of skills includes advisory at the stage of contract drafting and pre-arbitration/dispute resolution strategy and guidance. She represents a varied range of clients in the upstream sector including floating storage and offloading (FSO) and floating production storage and offloading (FPSO) owners, and other prominent marine offshore contractors.

Prior to joining HFW, Sadhvi worked on several high profile international and domestic commercial arbitrations seated in India, London and Singapore. Her past experience includes representing regional and multinational clients in enforcement and annulment proceedings before the Delhi High Court and the Supreme Court of India. She has also assisted in preparing witness statements in relation to enforcement proceedings before the Queen's Bench, High Court of England and Wales.

Sadhvi completed her Masters in Law from Georgetown University Law Center (Washington D.C.). She is qualified in New York and India. Besides her extensive practical experience, she is a contributor in the research for a leading treatise on Indian arbitration law.
