Rebecca advises leasing companies, airlines, insurers, financiers and arrangers on a wide range of aviation-related transactions, including sale and leasebacks, engine operating leasing, spare part financing, export credit transactions and commercial financing. She also advises on the negotiation of aircraft residual value insurance policies and aircraft acquisitions and disposals.

In recent years Rebecca has acted for a number of leasing companies on both leasing transactions and on multiple aircraft acquisitions covering a number of different jurisdictions. She has acted for airlines on a number of financing including an award winning AFIC/JOLCO financing and she has assisted residual value insurers with claim settlements and assets disposals. Rebecca has also been involved in advisory work regarding the impact of the Russian sanctions and assisting her clients with commercial disputes.
