Natalie is a finance associate in our Dubai office, with a particular emphasis on asset finance relating to yachts, superyachts and ships.

Natalie advises commercial and private banks, financial institutions, and borrowers, in relation to international financings (pre and post-delivery, bilateral and syndicated financings), loan amendments, the perfection and registration of security, releases and discharges of security, vessel reflagging's and general banking arrangements.

Prior to joining HFW, Natalie worked at a leading national firm in their London banking and finance team, where she gained experience in real estate finance and general corporate lending. Natalie has also worked in-house in the legal teams of a major higher education institution and a large corporate.
