Morgen is a real estate and projects lawyer with over 15 years’ experience in complex acquisitions and disposals of commercial, industrial, rural and large-scale residential real estate.

Morgen has been involved in complex interjurisdictional acquisitions and disposals and advising clients on all aspects of development work from site due diligence, negotiation of sales terms and acquisition documentation, title structuring, joint ventures and development agreements. She advises on contamination and environmental issues and property related taxes and duties. She also oversees the off the plan sale process for many of her developer clients.

Morgen regularly advises clients in relation to commercial, industrial and retail leasing transactions. She assists large scale landlords in maintaining their leasing portfolios and has many years of experience in advising and obtaining excellent outcomes for both landlords and tenants in their significant and complex leasing matters.
