Matthew is a qualified solicitor in Hong Kong who graduated in law from the University of Warwick and began practising as a dispute resolution lawyer. He specialises in commercial litigation with an emphasis on fraud, asset recovery and insolvency.

He has worked on various, high value and complex commercial litigation matters with cross-border element involving a wide range of disputes including different types of fraud and insolvency claims, professional negligence claims, contractual disputes, shareholder disputes and contentious probate matters. He also has a growing trust and probate practice, both contentious and non-contentious.

He acted for a range of clients including domestic and/or international corporations, individuals, insolvency practitioners, creditors, debtors and insurance companies.

Matthew speaks fluent English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
