HFW Seminar: Maritime passenger transport: what new challenges?
At the end of the year and almost a year after the sinking of the "Costa Concordia", two new European Regulations concerning the rights of passengers travelling by sea and inland waterway and maritime liability of carriers of passengers accident will enter into force.
