Joshua Coleman-Pecha is a senior international construction, infrastructure and technology dispute specialist working in the MENA region. Joshua is a qualified England & Wales solicitor advocate and PRINCE 2 qualified project manager.

Joshua has represented several clients in billion-dollar disputes before a variety of arbitral institutions. Joshua has also represented clients before the England & Wales and Guernsey High Courts. His clients include international oil & gas companies, refining and petrochemical companies, EPC contractors, oil & gas service companies and international technology providers.

Joshua advises on construction projects from inception to completion. He also advises on all aspects of complex dispute avoidance and resolution. Recent work includes advising in relation to oil and gas processing facilities, drilling contracts (onshore and offshore), the MENA region's largest metro system and a major railroad project in the UAE.
