James Gosling named as Top Five Lawyer in TradeWinds Power 2012

HFW Partner, James Gosling, has been named as a Top Five Lawyer in the recently published TradeWinds Power 2012 list.

He is cited in particular for his work in the sensitive area of maritime piracy, where "... he has secured the release of dozens of ships and their crews." He is described as "... a low-key and pragmatic communicator when directing ransom negotiations..."

The list, compiled as a result of research conducted by TradeWinds, including a poll of TradeWinds' readers, is split between the leading 50 shipowners and operators, and the 50 key executives from the various service sectors, including brokers, financiers, lawyers and charterers, each given their own section.
