Jake is an Associate in the London insurance transactional and regulatory team.

He has provided regulatory advice to clients in the insurance sector on a variety of issues including Part 4A authorisation, the use of appointed representatives, corporate governance and regulatory capital relief.

His corporate experience includes advising on management buy-outs, and the acquisition of various PRA/FCA regulated entities.

Jake has also advised insured parties on matters relating to trade credit insurance.

He has spent time on secondment to the firm's Dubai office in the (re)insurance team.
