Henry's practice covers a broad spectrum of contentious and non-contentious matters. His contentious work covers traditional shipping and yachting-related work (charterparty disputes, cargo claims, personal injury claims and insurance claims), as well as other commercial disputes (litigations/arbitrations), including cross-border multi-party litigations/winding ups.
