HFW's London Office Becomes An Accredited Living Wage Employer
We are pleased to announce that HFW in London is now an accredited 'Living Wage Employer'. A Living Wage Employer ensures that all employees in London are paid at least the London Living Wage. This includes all individuals who work on a regular basis at our London office, including subcontractors, such as cleaners or security staff. The Living Wage campaign has over 100 employers from every sector involved, who are all now paying a living wage as a minimum. Between them, theses employers have lifted more than 45,000 families out of working poverty.
The Living Wage is an hourly rate set independently and updated annually, based on the cost of living in the UK. HFW is delighted to be part of this important initiative.
