HFW recognised as a leading international firm in the Legal 500 EMEA
Global, sector-focused law firm HFW has once again been recognised as a leading firm in the 2018 edition of The Legal 500 EMEA, a guide to the best lawyers and law firms across Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
HFW achieved 27 practice and lawyer rankings in the 2018 guide, with 10 in Band 1 – the highest possible ranking in The Legal 500. The firm's Paris office was ranked for the first time in Aviation Finance and also improved its rankings in Shipping Finance. HFW also received prominent rankings in multiple practice areas across Belgium, Greece, Switzerland and the UAE.
Five of the firm's partners are rated by The Legal 500 as "Leading Individuals", while four partners and senior associates are named in the guide as "Next Generation Lawyers".
Clients, who were contacted by The Legal 500 to provide anonymous testimonials to support the rankings, said that HFW is "more adaptable and ingenious than its competitors" and praised the firm's "outstanding service".
Clients described the firm's lawyers as "hardworking, client friendly and extremely innovative", and "responsive and to-the-point", highlighting their "attention to detail and commercial acumen" and "focus on practical solutions".
The Legal 500 rankings are based on a combination of research and client feedback, and highlight the firms that provide the most cutting edge and innovative advice to clients.
