HFW again recognised as a leading international firm in Chambers Asia-Pacific 2021
Global, sector-focused law firm HFW has once again been recognised as a leading firm in Chambers Asia-Pacific 2021, which ranks the region's top lawyers and law firms.
HFW achieved 64 practice and lawyer rankings across its network of offices in the region, a significant increase compared to 51 rankings in 2020. This includes Band 1 rankings for Shipping in Australia, Hong Kong, PRC, Singapore and for the Asia-Pacific region as a whole. HFW also entered the ranking table for Ship Finance for the Asia-Pacific region and moved up the rankings for Ship Finance in both China and Singapore.
Client testimonies in the directory praised HFW across its six core sectors, including the Asia-Pacific Shipping practice, which is "well resourced, with properly specialised and experienced practitioners" and clients "would use this practice for any serious shipping matter". In Insurance, HFW is rated as "one of the best firms I have ever dealt with", making it "hard for any other firm to compete."
