HFW ADVISES CHINA SUNRISE ON A MAIN BOARD LISTING APPLICATION
Global,
sector-focused law firm HFW advised China Sunrise in their role as sole sponsor
for Lesi Group Limited's Main Board listing application.
China Sunrise is a wholly owned subsidiary of China First Capital Group Limited, a listed company on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange which is mainly engaged in financial services, education management, consulting and automotive parts business.
Lesi Group Limited is a PRC mobile advertising service provider based in China that offers a range of advertising services to its customers.
