Eilidh is an Associate in HFW's construction team, based in London. She specialises in dispute resolution in the construction and engineering sectors.

Eilidh qualified in 2019 and gained experience at a leading firm in Scotland before moving to London in 2022. Eilidh has worked on a wide array of contentious construction matters, acting for contractors, employers and other stakeholders.

Eilidh's experience includes claims relating to delay, loss and expense, payment, variations, defects and termination. Her experience spans various dispute resolution forums including mediation, adjudication, arbitration and litigation (in the Scottish and English courts).
