Ed is an Associate in HFW's London Aerospace team. Ed's practice area is predominantly focused on aviation and insurance litigation.

Ed has worked on a number of major losses with multi-jurisdictional elements and cross border issues as well as fatal accidents around the world, concerning the loss of commercial, military and recreational aircraft.

In addition, Ed has worked on a number of major airline and ground handler accounts and handles claims made against airlines, operators, manufacturers, ground-handlers and their insurers. Ed has extensive experience managing passenger claims, product liability claims, baggage / cargo claims, third party claims and hull damage claims throughout Europe, the Middle East and Latin America. Ed also has experiencing in aircraft leasing disputes and advising insurers and reinsurers on aviation coverage issues.

Ed qualified as a Solicitor in England & Wales in September 2017 and is also qualified in the Republic of Ireland. Ed is a fluent Spanish speaker.
