Does Article 6 have a role to play in carbon capture and storage?

Carbon Capture and Storage (CCS) will play a critical role in achieving the emission reduction goals of the Paris Agreement. Scaling up CCS will require significant investment and international cooperation. However, Article 6 of the Paris Agreement is currently not conducive towards facilitating international cooperation in CCS.
