Danielle specialises in cross-border mergers and acquisitions, foreign direct investment and corporate restructuring and divestiture in the PRC. She regularly represents multinational companies in major cross-border transactions and advises them on their investments across a wide range of sectors, including automotive, medical device, semiconductor, infrastructure, insurance, aerospace, chemical, food and retail, etc.

Danielle advises clients on project structuring, due diligence, drafting and negotiation of transaction documents, provision of legal advice on related issues, such as company operation, taxation, foreign exchange controls, import and export measures, intellectual property protection, land use rights, employment, compliance and public relations.

Danielle has over a decade's experience working in several international law firms, and has also previously worked as Asia Pacific legal head at a major US company.

Danielle is admitted to New York Bar and also qualified in the PRC.
