Daniel has extensive experience in providing legal advices in matters relating to cross-border transactions (especially China-related inbound/outbound investments), supply chain, corporate and general commercial matters. He also advises clients on all aspects of legal services within the global supply chain, from sourcing of raw materials and equipment through to mass production and distribution to the end-users of the specific consumer or industrial products.

Daniel advises clear participants and nominated manufacturers in global supply chain of different industry sectors, including but not limited to high technology products, smartphones, textiles and automobiles etc., and his clients are mainly multinational corporations, household name domestic enterprises, high net worth clients, private equity and institutional investors, located in Greater China, Hong Kong, Asia-Pacific and internationally.

Daniel speaks fluent English, Putonghua and Cantonese and he splits his time between our Hong Kong and Shanghai offices.

He is qualified in Hong Kong, the Greater Bay Area and England & Wales. He has also been admitted as an Affiliate of the UK Association of Chartered Certified Accountants.
