Holman Fenwick Willan continues to invest in corporate practice with Geneva Partner hire

International law firm Holman Fenwick Willan (HFW) continues to invest in its international corporate practice with the hire of Partner Georges Racine in Geneva.

Georges has wide ranging experience in corporate, commercial and international business law, with a particular focus on joint ventures, M&A, projects, venture capital and private equity, public-private partnerships, privatisations, concessions and international trade regulation. He has advised clients across a broad range of sectors, including energy, commodities and infrastructure, and has been lead counsel on international transactions and projects in over 25 countries worldwide, including Europe, Africa, the Middle East and the Americas.
