The intention is to use case studies to provide practical guidance on how construction insurance policies work and what can be claimed. The works will be divided into the following three topics:

2. Causation

What is the 'cause' of the damage?

The link between cause and loss

Concurrent causes

3. Standard Design Exclusion Clauses

Introduction to exclusion clauses

How different exclusion clauses affect insurance claims
