About Chloe

Chloe is a corporate solicitor specialising in asset finance transactions. After graduating from the University of Cambridge (Bachelor of Arts (Law)) and the City University of Hong Kong (Postgraduate Certificate in Laws), Chloe joined HFW in 2017 as a trainee solicitor and qualified as a solicitor in Hong Kong in December 2019.

Chloe has experience with a wide range of corporate and commercial matters. She has advised multinational banks, major leasing houses and traditional ship/yacht owners on a range of corporate and commercial matters, including general corporate matters, shipbuilding transactions. joint venture, sale and purchase transactions, finance or operating leases and large-scale asset/ project finance.  Chloe frequently works with international clients and supports businesses with operations mainly in Asia Pac. 

Chloe has also completed a secondment at HFW’s London office and speaks fluent Cantonese, Mandarin and English.
