Chloe is a corporate solicitor specialising in asset finance and sale and leaseback transactions. After graduating from the University of Cambridge (BA in Law) and the City University of Hong Kong (PCLL), Chloe joined HFW in 2017 as a trainee solicitor and qualified as a solicitor in Hong Kong in December 2019.

She has experience in advising banks, lenders and borrowers on a range of transactional and commercial matters, including general corporate matters, joint venture and large-scale asset finance. She advises on general regulatory requirements under the Companies Ordinance, sale and purchase transactions as well as compliance matters of listed companies.
Choloe speaks fluent English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
