Brooke is a Senior Associate in HFW's construction group, specialising in construction and engineering disputes including arbitration, litigation, mediation and adjudication. Prior to joining HFW's office in Dubai, Brooke was based in HFW’s Australian office.

Her experience includes advising and acting for clients on delay and disruption claims, variations, defects and termination disputes.

Brooke has acted on matters across sectors including oil and gas projects, airports, water, highways, military infrastructure, rail, residential and renewable energy projects.

Brooke also has in-house experience as a secondee to an Australian Government Agency assisting in the negotiation of and advising on funding agreements for renewable energy projects involving wind, solar, pumped-storage hydroelectricity, waste to energy and electric vehicle infrastructure.
