Correction to article in The Times: Konstantinos Adamantopoulos

An article appeared in The Times newspaper on 31 March 2016 referring to former HFW Partner Konstantinos Adamantopoulos, who left the firm in December 2015, being banned from practising law in the UK.

When originally published, the article incorrectly stated that Dr. Adamantopoulos was at Holman Fenwick Willan when he used that firm's account and billed clients to pay personal expenses. In fact, the claims referred to in the article relate to his time at Hammond Suddards and are not in any way related to Holman Fenwick Willan. It was also Hammond Suddards which instructed KPMG to investigate the misconduct.

The article was immediately corrected by The Times online and a correction notice has been published in the print copy of the paper on 1 April. This appears on the Letters page under the heading Corrections and Clarifications.
