Ali advises on a range of regulatory, corporate and commercial matters, focussing on clients in the insurance and reinsurance sector.

Her recent experience includes advising a UK insurer on the FCA's updated product governance and value requirements, and advising a multinational insurer on regulatory issues arising from a distribution arrangement.

Ali qualified at the London office of a global law firm and her previous experience in the insurance sector includes advising on perimeter guidance and other FSMA matters, and debt restructuring. She also has banking and finance experience, including restructuring and insolvency, having acted for lenders with distressed borrowers. As a trainee Ali completed a six-month secondment at TUI.

Ali is qualified in England and Wales.
