Adela is an Associate in the Dubai office specialising in transactional matters within the transportation, natural resources and trade sectors.

Adela has experience advising on a broad spectrum of finance and corporate matters, including commercial contracts, M&A, joint ventures and financing work. Adela has also advised creditors and distressed companies on insolvency and restructuring matters. Adela is a solicitor and notary public admitted by the Law Society of Scotland. She has experience working in the UK, Oman and the UAE.
