The AAA-ICDR's recent amendments to its Arbitration and Mediation Rules (effective on March 1, 2021) continues its long tradition of being at the cutting edge of international dispute resolution procedures. Chanaka will be joined by members from the AAA-ICDR drafting committee of the new rules, Michael Lee (Vice-President ICDR Asia Office (Singapore)), Steve Andersen (Vice-President ICDR (Canada, Mexico, and the United States)) and Ann Ryan Robertson (Partner, Locke Lord).
