About Rémi
Rémi Ducloyer is a Partner in the Commodities team. Based in Paris, Rémi specialises in public law and has more than 15 years’ experience advising private operators, investors and project stakeholders on complex regulatory, contractual and contentious matters involving public authorities and public service activities.
A member of the Paris Bar since 2012, Rémi advises on the legal and operational issues arising from the design, financing, management and delivery of infrastructure and public projects.
His longstanding interest in public services and regulated sectors led him to focus on public law early in his career. In 2022, after more than ten years advising clients within leading public law practices, he co-founded his boutique law firm dedicated to business public law before joining HFW in 2026.
Rémi advises clients across a broad range of sectors, including energy, food and beverage, logistics and transport. His practice covers administrative law, public procurement and public contracts, local government law, environmental law, public property law and planning law.
He regularly assists clients with strategic litigation and regulatory proceedings before both administrative and judicial courts. Rémi also represents clients in mediations and conciliations where alternative dispute resolution offers the most effective route to resolving a dispute.
